You’ll support the account team by tracking work, coordinating with internal teams, and helping ensure client deliverables are accurate and on schedule. What you’ll do Track project tasks, deadlines, and updates in Podio. Coordinate client projects and handoffs across account, sales, and internal teams. Keep teammates informed, follow up on next steps, and flag timing or information gaps early. Help prepare client budgets, meeting materials, and reports. Check creative deliverables against manufacturer requirements and confirm corrections. Provide backup support to other account teams as needed. Build knowledge of Strong Automotive’s services.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and reliable follow-through. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and coordinate across teams. Experience with a project-tracking tool; Podio or an equivalent is acceptable.
