• Eagan, MN, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $60000.00 - $70000.00Salary, Job Shift: Day, Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to help lead our Billing Office and take ownership of revenue cycle performance across an assigned state or regions. The Account Coordinator will operate as the leader of a regional billing pod and oversee the team responsible for Nursing Home Billing, Private Insurance/Medicaid, QA/Documentation, and CMNs (Certificate of Medical Necessity). The Account Coordinator owns the performance of their assigned State/Region. This is an onsite position taking place in our office located in Eagan, MN.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage a regional Billing Office team Become the billing and reimbursement expert for your assigned state/region Manage Nursing Home Billing, Private Insurance/Medicaid, QA, and CMN workflows Drive third-party billing performance Monitor revenue, adjustments, AR, aging, documentation, and billing accuracy Establish employee productivity and quality expectations Coach, train, and performance manage team members Identify backlogs and problems before they impact customers or month-end Build relationships direct with nursing home customers Ensure customer concerns receive timely response and final resolution Partner closely with Sales and Operations Review high-risk accounts and invoices Identify residents who may qualify for third-party reimbursement and ensure the team actively works those opportunities Create structure, accountability, and measurable improvement within your assigned region Who We're Looking For: Were looking for someone who doesn't simply process work, you manage it.

You should be comfortable asking: Are we getting the work done? Are we billing correctly? Are we maximizing 3rd party reimbursement? Are customers receiving responses? Are employees meeting expectations? What are the backlogs? What isn't working? What are we doing about it?

Compensation
