IT Project Manager (Customer Support)

You will serve as a IT PROJECT MANAGER (CUSTOMER SUPPORT) in the Information Technology & Cyber Security Department (Code 109) of PSNS and IMF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing Project Management and Information Technology (IT) Customer Support for the Waterfront Support Projects, this includes identifying, prioritizing and analyzing IT problems needs and requests, providing immediate IT solutions by utilizing available tools, resources.

Requiring continuous leading and working with multiple cross-functional teams to accomplish IT tasks and/or projects within established timelines while providing reports/metrics, communication IT issues to Senior leadership. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: Attention to Detail

IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: clearly articulate complex technical and management problems, provide technical observations and findings, and provide recommendations to senior level managers. • Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: development of alternative approaches address/resolve issues and implement solutions; leading implementation of management decisions; and improving productivity by improving processes and applying new technology.
