Human Resource Specialist

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST in the Total Force Manangement (N1) for the Director, Maritime Headquarters & Sustainment of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector P r oviding program management in Labor relations, Employee relations and one or more of the following: Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA) Program; Performance Management and Awards Programs; Drug Free Workplace Program; and Telework/Remote Work Program related to the functions of a human resources organization in executing policy development and implementation.
