Membership Program Manager

Granite Comfort is looking for a Membership Program Manager to work in our Raleigh, NC location and oversee the data and operations behind our customer membership programs. This analytical role focuses on recurring billing, reporting, data reconciliation, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and turn findings into clear recommendations.

The role also supports renewals, payment follow-up, and customer accounts while working closely with our call center, finance, operations, and local teams.
