$18.00 - $20.00 Hourly plus monthly bonus. $20 for all shown apts, $50 for all sold customers. Top performers bonus - monthly bonus, ($750-$1500) // unit bonus ($200-$2,500) // weekend bonus's!!! ✨ What You’ll Do As our BDC Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and digital presence customers meet first. Every day brings something new, and you’ll be right in the mix: Connect with warm leads through calls, texts, emails, and chats Schedule appointments and guide customers through the early stages of their buying journey Follow up proactively to keep customers excited, informed, and engaged Work closely with sales managers to support store goals and deliver a standout guest experience Maintain accurate notes and communication logs in our CRM Bring positive energy to the team every single day 🌟 What We’re Looking For We’re excited to meet you if you: Enjoy talking to people (and you’re great at it!)

Are organized, punctual, and reliable Know how to multitask without breaking a sweat Can type, text, and communicate confidently Embrace feedback and love improving your craft Are motivated by goals, team success, and growth opportunities Experience in automotive or BDC is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
