This role is essential to our sales team, as it involves managing leads, scheduling appointments, and fostering relationships with customers to maximize their buying experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to the growth of Texan Hyundai.Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to ensure a quick and efficient response to customer inquiries.

• Qualify leads and gather information to determine customers’ needs and preferences, ensuring they receive tailored assistance.
• Schedule appointments for customers with sales representatives, ensuring optimal time slots to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options to provide accurate information to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads who have not yet made an appointment or completed a purchase to nurture relationships and encourage engagement.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, document interactions, and maintain accurate records of customer communication.
• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure smooth transitions from the BDC to the sales floor, facilitating a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training and meetings to continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Assist with any additional duties as required by management to support the sales team.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or BDC roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with automotive CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
