We're looking for a hands-on Field Support Technician

• Projects to join our Technical Support team, playing a vital role in ensuring our gaming products and technology remain operational, compliant and performing at their best across our nationwide estate. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and being on the move. You'll support a variety of gaming, audio-visual and technology equipment across our venues, helping to maximise operational performance while delivering excellent support to venue teams. No two days are the same, with a mix of installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and project work, all contributing directly to the success of our venues and customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out gaming machine moves, equipment relocations and layout alterations across venues. Providing reactive breakdown support and preventative maintenance on gaming and AV equipment. Completing software updates and ensuring equipment remains fully compliant with company standards. Conducting PAT testing on gaming equipment in line with compliance requirements. Supporting new product installations and technology upgrades across the estate. Providing on-site guidance and training to venue teams following equipment changes or software updates. Supporting IT teams with day-to-day technical issues where appropriate. Acting as the liaison engineer for contractors and suppliers undertaking maintenance or installation work. Identifying new technologies and improvement opportunities that could benefit the business. Building and maintaining technical knowledge of existing and emerging gaming products to minimise downtime and support operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is practical, self-motivated and passionate about technology, with the ability to deliver great service while working across multiple locations. Essential Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.

Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Ability to remain focused and effective under pressure. Full flexibility to travel extensively across the UK.

Desirable Experience Experience in technical fault finding, repair, installation or maintenance within a field-based environment. Experience working with gaming, AV, IT or other customer-facing technology products. Exposure to preventative maintenance programmes and equipment upgrades. What's In It For You?
