People Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own the People Operations side of the employee lifecycle - onboarding and offboarding, benefits and payroll coordination, HRIS updates, PTO tracking, and employee records - serving as an approachable first point of contact for routine questions and escalating anything sensitive to VP, Ops
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and internal culture programs, including feedback cycles, goal-setting, recognition, and team-building initiatives
• Coordinate recruiting and hiring support end-to-end: job descriptions, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting documentation, and a smooth handoff from candidate to new hire
• Support our co-founders and other cross-functional administrative projects from request through completion
• Build processes that simplify, automate, or improve People and operations workflows as Antenna scales
