Southern Industries Home Improvement is looking for a People Operations Coordinator. In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting our employees and leaders across multiple locations. From helping new hires get started on the right foot to keeping our HR systems, records, and processes running efficiently, you'll help create a positive employee experience from day one. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinating new-hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes. Maintaining employee records and information in Paycom. Supporting recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation. Assisting employees and managers with HR-related questions and processes. Tracking important documentation, compliance requirements, and deadlines. Supporting employee engagement activities and company initiatives. Helping identify opportunities to improve workflows and create efficiencies. Providing day-to-day administrative support to our People Operations team.

Our ideal candidate: Is exceptionally organized and can manage multiple priorities. Has strong communication and customer service skills. Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems.

Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism. Is dependable, resourceful, and follows through. Enjoys identifying problems and finding solutions. Has previous HR or administrative experience (preferred). Has experience with Paycom or another HR system (a plus!)
