Compensation

& Benefits $70,000-$80,000 base salary Company-paid health insurance premium with deductible reimbursement 401(k) with 3% company match PTO program with increased vacation accrual based on tenure 10 paid holidays annually Flexible start times (7:00 AM or 7:30 AM) Strong long-term career growth opportunities Responsibilities Review architectural and design drawings for commercial construction projects Create detailed shop drawings for fabrication of steel stairs, railings, and miscellaneous metal products Submit shop drawings for architectural approval and incorporate revisions as needed Release approved drawings to production for fabrication Coordinate with estimators, fabrication teams, and drafting leadership throughout project execution Manage projects ranging from approximately $50K to $2M in value Ensure detailed, accurate drawings that support successful project delivery Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in steel detailing, structural steel detailing, steel drafting, or a related role Proficiency with AutoCAD Background in steel construction, structural steel, metal fabrication, or commercial construction Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings Experience creating fabrication/shop drawings Ability to work onsite full-time in Schuylkill Haven, PA Preferred Qualifications Tekla Structures experience Architectural, ornamental, or miscellaneous metals detailing experience Drafting & Design degree or related technical education Experience in union or commercial construction environments Why Join?
