J_1325 - Structural Analysis Engineer (ANSYS Workbench)

Key Responsibilities

Plan the execution of Structural Analysis by understanding the requirements from Design Team. Perform Structural Analysis on the identified component and Prepare a Report. Validate Simulation with Test Results and refine Simulation methods. Present to Internal and External Customers on the results interpretation. Suggest design recommendations based on Simulation results.

Skills & Experience Required: Experience Range : 2 to 3 Years in structural FEA Educational Qualification: BE/BTech and ME/MTech in Mechanical engineering (Design, Applied Mechanics, CAD/CAM, etc) In-depth knowledge on Finite Element Methods, in particular Structural Formulation. Experienced on Static, Vibration, Nonlinear (Contact, Material) using Ansys Workbench.

Capability to develop appropriate Models using DM, Space Claim for Preprocessing. In-depth Knowledge in sheet metal parts modelling in Ansys is Mandatory. Hands on experience in Ansys WB (Pre and post processing). Familiar with CAD tools CREO. Good Communication, Excellent Team Player, and in-depth technical knowledge.

Knowledge in Automobile products development / validation. Knowledge in Vibrations, thermal and Automation (Python scripting) will be added advantage.
