Melt Operator - 1st Shift

The Melt Systems Operator plays a vital role in the foundry operation by supporting all aspects of the melting process, including furnace operation, material preparation, molten metal handling, process monitoring, and production support activities. This position works closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality metal production. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, and industrial equipment.
