• Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards, maintaining accurate records and upholding hotel hygiene and sanitation requirements.
• Manage stewarding operations efficiently, including equipment maintenance, cleaning quality control, and the proper organization of stewarding areas and storerooms.
• Control operational costs and resources by monitoring the usage of cleaning supplies, chemicals, water, electricity, and minimizing breakage and losses.
• Coordinate workforce planning, shift scheduling, and attendance management to ensure smooth daily operations and service standards. General requirements
• Strong sense of responsibility, with a conscientious and diligent approach to work.
• Familiar with various types of tableware and utensils, including their brands, origins, characteristics, and costs, with knowledge of classification and proper storage methods.
• Familiar with the use of various detergents and cleaning chemicals, as well as the operation of commonly used dishwashing equipment, and knowledgeable about their maintenance and upkeep procedures.
