What You'll Do

Clean residential homes following our proven systems and checklists Deliver consistent, high-quality work clients notice and trust Communicate professionally with clients and teammates Work solo or with a small team depending on the day's schedule Use our mobile app to clock in/out and view assignments What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and a positive attitude — this isn't optional Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone Someone trustworthy — you'll be in clients' homes, often alone Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stay on your feet all day Cleaning experience is a plus — we provide full paid training either way What You'll Love No nights or weekends — your evenings and weekends stay yours Weekly direct deposit Paid training and ongoing support, not a "figure it out" onboarding Real advancement paths — we promote from within A low-drama, team-first culture built on integrity Recognition and rewards tied to your consistency and quality Our Service Area We serve homes across East Texas.
