General Labor

The General Laborer supports the assembly, fabrication, and production of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. This entry-level position provides hands-on training in mechanical assembly, basic electrical systems, material handling, and equipment preparation. The role assists with building and assembling components from schematics and blueprints, preparing and finishing sub-assemblies, operating basic shop equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Successful candidates are dependable, mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting while following all safety and quality standards.
