Job Responsibilities
Strong L2/L3 production application support experience, preferably in banking, fintech, payments, digital channels, or enterprise SaaS platforms. Strong hands-on experience in REST API troubleshooting, including request/response analysis, JSON payloads, headers, tokens, HTTP status codes, timeout, and error handling. Experience in analyzing customer-facing transaction failures and identifying whether the issue is technical, functional, downstream, infrastructure, or configuration-related.
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for service traces, response time degradation, failure rate, synthetic alerts, dependency analysis, and application health monitoring. Strong working knowledge of ELK / Kibana for log analysis, correlation ID tracing, error pattern identification, and transaction-level investigation.
Basic understanding of AWS EKS, including pods, services, deployments, namespaces, ingress, container logs, and microservices flow. Experience in Service. Now incident management, work notes, escalation, RCA inputs, and production communication. Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ownership, and ability to work in a 24x7 production support model.
Experience : 11-14 years' experience in application support domain
