Job Details: Position Type: Seasonal, Education Level: Not Specified, Salary Range: $13.00Hourly, Job Shift: Varied, General Overview: This position is responsible for ensuring golfers enjoy an exceptional golf experience. Key Areas of Responsibility: Customer Service Greet guests upon arrival, offer golf bag assistance, and help them to their cart Assist with tournament facilitation Provide information and solutions for golfer questions Upon completion of round, offer golf bag assistance Cart and facility maintenance Daily set up, maintenance, operation, and cleanup of golf carts Daily set up, maintenance, operation, and cleanup of driving range Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, driving range, cart path, parking lot, and exterior clubhouse and patio area Qualifications: Superior interpersonal and communication skills Adaptable, dependable, and detail oriented Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task Must display a positive attitude in managing interactions with others inside and outside the company Must be a self-starter and work effectively as a part of a team, helping others if needed Willingness to be flexible with working hours Working Conditions The physical working conditions of this position include an outdoor environment with varying weather conditions, and where standing, walking, and bending for 6-10 hours per shift are routine.

Must also be able to lift 20-40 lbs. for 2-4 hours.
