Leadership Gifts Officer

As a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston’s Development team, the Leadership Gifts Officer secures outright and planned gift commitments from individual donors in the $25,000-$49,999 range. They will cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of donors who currently give $10,000-$25,000 and focus on building a robust pipeline to Major Gifts ($50,000+).

Additionally, the Leadership Gifts Officer manages the Friends Council, BGCB’s community of emerging leaders, with support from the Annual Giving Coordinator.
