Provides advice/information and guidance on the principles procedures and applications associated with complex forms of Engineering projects.

Applies principles and techniques associated with the development and presentation of technical designs for complex forms of engineering works. Coordinates and guides sequences and procedures associated with the preparation collation of contract documentation and/or evaluation tender applications for complex forms of engineering works.

Defines standards and controls the implementation/outcomes of complex forms of Engineering contracts. Disseminates information on the professional aspects of structural design concepts and provides reports detailing interventions and outcomes. Provides advice/information and guidance on the principle’s procedures and applications associated with complex forms of Engineering projects and Programmes. Manages the principles and applications associated with the development and presentation of technical designs for complex forms of engineering works. Manages procedures associated with the preparation and collation of contract documentation and/or evaluating tender applications for complex engineering works.

Defining appropriate standards and controls the implementation/outcomes of complex forms for Engineering contracts.
