• Repairing equipment like Oven cleaning, Ac’s Compressor, Baking Equipment’s
• Maintenance of Electrical Equipment’s
• Resolving the complaint for Each Restaurants
• Respond quickly in the case of Emergency events
• Perform other Maintenance duties as per requirement
• Attending the Complaint Help Desk Service Efficiency
• Achieving average resolution time. i.e. 48 Hrs.
• Achieving Preventive Maintenance schedule compliances i.e. 95% Governance
• 100% PM check sheet updation. Customer Complaint Handling Process Ensuring 100% Complaint Closure within TAT Safety Incidents
• Ensure safety at work area Drive A Performance Oriented Culture
• Discipline and no behaviour issue
• Nil unauthorised absenteeism Self-Development 1- System proficiency 2
• Training on new equipment 3- Able to work independently
