Key Responsibilities

Rider Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment of full-time and part-time delivery riders. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-in interviews, and recruitment campaigns. Conduct screening interviews and coordinate selection processes. Facilitate rider onboarding, documentation, and orientation programs.

Maintain a healthy rider talent pipeline to meet manpower requirements across all stores. Rider Operations & Employee Relations Act as the primary point of contact for rider-related concerns and grievances. Handle rider disciplinary matters and attendance-related issues in coordination with store management. Support rider engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.

Coordinate rider communication regarding company policies, incentives, and operational updates. Conduct regular store visits to strengthen rider relationships and address operational challenges. Incentive Administration & Reporting Prepare and validate rider incentive calculations on a weekly/monthly basis. Ensure accuracy of rider performance data used for incentive payments.

Generate reports on rider productivity, attendance, earnings, turnover, and recruitment metrics. Analyze rider performance trends and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate rider databases and records. Fleet & Compliance Support Monitor rider documentation, licenses, vehicle registrations, and insurance validity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Support accident reporting and follow-up processes when required. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth rider operations. Workforce Planning Forecast rider requirements based on business needs and expansion plans. Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, rider retention, and vacancy levels.

Work closely with Operations Managers and Store Managers to ensure adequate rider coverage.
