• FULL TIME HTM Contractors, Inc. | Honolulu, Hawai?i BUILD YOUR FUTURE WITH HTM GROUP Join HTM Contractors, Inc. as a Tree Climber and work with our professional tree services team on residential and commercial projects throughout O?ahu. Our crews perform technical tree care using specialized equipment, climbing techniques, and rigging procedures. We are seeking a motivated, safety-minded individual with experience in tree work who can assist with climbing, pruning, removals, equipment operation, and site cleanup. WORK SCHEDULE Monday�Friday, 7:00 AM�3:30 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Safely climb trees to complete assigned tree care work. Perform tree pruning and trimming. Remove trees using approved climbing techniques, with and without spurs. Assist with technical tree removal operations. Haul branches, logs, and other tree debris. Operate wood chippers and assist with debris processing. Operate aerial lifts and bucket trucks for work at heights ranging from approximately 40 to 100 feet. Follow established climbing, rigging, and workplace safety procedures. Coordinate with ground crews to maintain safe and efficient operations. Maintain clean and organized work areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

& EXPERIENCE Valid driver's license required. Two years of tree work experience preferred. Experience with tree climbing, pruning, removals, and related equipment. Ability to follow safe climbing and rigging procedures. Comfortable performing work at heights. Ability to work effectively with ground crews and other tree care employees.

Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment operation.

COMPENSATION
