• FULL TIME HTM Contractors, Inc. | Honolulu, Hawai?i BUILD YOUR FUTURE WITH HTM GROUP Join HTM Contractors, Inc. as a Tree Driver / Laborer and become part of our residential and commercial tree services team. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to assist our tree trimming and removal crews with jobsite preparation, safety, debris removal, and cleanup. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes safety seriously, and wants to develop hands-on experience in professional tree care operations. WORK SCHEDULE Monday�Friday, 7:00 AM�3:30 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and secure work zones using traffic signs, cones, and arrow boards. Serve as a safety spotter while bucket truck operators and climbers perform tree work. Assist tree trimming and removal crews with ground-level support. Collect and remove branches, logs, and debris from trimming and removal projects. Rake and blow work areas to ensure thorough final cleanup. Load tools, equipment, and materials at the completion of each job. Ensure all tools and equipment are returned to the baseyard. Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites. Follow crew instructions and established safety procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

& EXPERIENCE Valid Hawai?i driver's license with a clean driving abstract required. Ability to complete applicable post-offer drug screening and background check requirements. General labor experience preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 80 pounds throughout the shift. Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively with field crews.

COMPENSATION
