岗位职责 / Duties: 1.负责制定和执行商品的采购计划，确保商品的供应和库存充足。 2.负责监控商品的销售情况，及时调整采购计划，保证销售业绩达到预期目标。 3.负责与供应商进行供应链管理，确保供应商提供的商品符合公司的质量标准和交付要求。 4.管理团队，指导团队成员完成工作任务，促进团队的合作和发展。

1. Develop and implement merchandise procurement plans to ensure adequate supply and inventory levels.
2. Monitor merchandise sales performance and adjust procurement plans as needed to ensure sales targets are met.
3. Manage the supply chain in collaboration with suppliers to ensure that the merchandise they provide meets the company’s quality standards and delivery requirements.
4. Manage the team, guide team members in completing their tasks, and foster teamwork and professional development.

任职要求 / Requirements: 1.大学本科及以上学历，专业不限。 2.拥有5年以上商品与供应链管理相关工作经验。 3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力。 4.熟悉商品采购流程和供应链管理流程。 5.具备较强的数据分析能力和解决问题能力。
