Graphic Designer

The Opportunity Are you a creative thinker who loves bringing ideas to life, pushing design boundaries and exploring how AI is transforming the creative world? We're looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to help shape the next chapter of the Titan DMS brand as we continue to grow across international markets.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing in Australia, you'll be part of a collaborative, international marketing team, bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to everything from digital campaigns, websites and social media to video, print, events and other brand experiences. This is more than just a graphic design role.

We want someone who can think beyond the brief, challenge ideas, bring their own creative perspective and turn concepts into compelling visual content. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how our brand looks, feels and connects with audiences around the world, while also delivering the day-to-day creative assets that keep our marketing moving.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality design across multiple channels. Translate business objectives and complex information into clear and engaging visual communication. Help evolve and strengthen the Titan DMS visual identity and consistency. Proactively contribute creative ideas and recommendations. Maintain high standards of typography, layout, imagery, motion and visual execution.

Use and help develop AI-assisted creative workflows. Provide creative guidance to internal stakeholders and external suppliers. These responsibilities reflect the broader role expectation of contributing to creative concepts, brand development and communication, rather than simply producing artwork. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' professional graphic design experience .

MUST have excellent written and spoken English (min IELTS 6.0). A strong portfolio of commercial design work including advanced Adobe Creative Suite capability and video creation and editing Strong conceptual thinking and hands-on design skills. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual communication.

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. Confidence presenting ideas and explaining creative rationale. Strong attention to detail. Interest in AI and emerging creative technologies. Experience with video editing/ motion graphics, copywriting, B2B or technology brands and the automotive sector would be advantageous.
