Marketing & Communications Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team in Vietnam. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with our Graphic Design & Content Specialist and regional teams to develop and deliver high-quality marketing communications across web, email, social media, digital advertising, video, events and campaigns.

Very strong written English is essential. You will regularly turn product, technical and business information into clear, engaging, authentic communications for international audiences. We are looking for someone who can work with a good degree of autonomy, manage marketing activity effectively and contribute ideas and recommendations rather than simply executing assigned tasks.

You will also use our dedicated AI tools to support research, copywriting, planning and marketing production, while remaining responsible for the judgement and quality of the final output.

What you'll do

Write, edit and develop high-quality marketing communications across multiple channels. Develop campaign messaging and contribute to product launches and marketing initiatives. Create clear creative briefs and work collaboratively with the Graphic Design & Content Specialist. Maintain and improve content across Titan websites.

Plan and deliver email and social media communications. Contribute to the management and optimisation of Google Ads, SEO and AEO activity. Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements. Support the maintenance and development of our CRM platform, including data quality, reporting, and campaign management. Ensure marketing content, collateral, internal documents and knowledge resources remain current and accurate.

Work with Titan's regional teams to support local marketing requirements. Support exhibitions, webinars, conferences and other events. Contribute ideas and recommendations to campaign and creative development. Use Titan AI tools effectively across research, ideation, copywriting and marketing workflows. The role reflects the position description's emphasis on communications, campaign delivery, creative briefing, digital content, regional support and proactive marketing input.

What you'll need

to succeed Around 5 years' experience in marketing, communications or a related role . Strong English proficiency across all four skills, with an IELTS score of at least 7.0 Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills. Experience developing marketing content across web, email and social media. Experience with digital marketing and working knowledge of Google Ads.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail. Commercial awareness and confidence contributing ideas and recommendations. Interest in technology, AI and improving marketing processes. Basic Adobe creative suite experience would be an advantage.

Experience within B2B, SaaS, technology or automotive marketing would be advantageous. Why Join Titan?
