Hospitality Trainer | Luxury Island Lodge | Mozambique Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer on behalf of an exclusive luxury island lodge in Mozambique. Position: Hospitality Trainer Location: Mozambique Property Type: Luxury Island Lodge Salary: R25,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive hospitality training to lodge staff across relevant operational departments Develop and implement effective training programmes tailored to the lodge's luxury service standards Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, confidence and service delivery Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions Identify training needs and areas for improvement across the team Monitor staff development and provide constructive feedback Promote a strong culture of service excellence and professionalism Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and hospitality Work closely with management to support ongoing staff development and operational standards Key Requirements: Proven experience in hospitality training, learning and development, or a senior hospitality role with significant training responsibilities Previous experience within a luxury hotel, lodge or high-end hospitality environment Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards Excellent communication, coaching and presentation skills Passion for developing people and building strong hospitality teams Professional, patient and approachable manner Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote island environment A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example Relevant hospitality qualifications would be advantageous To Apply: Interested candidates who meet the requirements are invited to submit their CV to Kendrick Recruitment for consideration.
