Production Supervisor - Assembly & Test

The primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Supervisor is to oversee daily plant operations, manage production staff and ensure work runs safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role would be to primarily oversee Assembly, Test, and Repairs, but would at times be required to oversee CNC machines, manual machines, and the weld shop.

The production supervisor will be required to use Six Sigma methodology to improve quality and track progress across the shop floor. Strong leadership and communication skills will be required to bridge the gap between management and the shop floor while building employee engagement. Production supervisors will be expected enforce all company policies and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
