Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our industrial operations team. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, including conveyors, pumps, motors, compressors, and automated systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Conduct inspections, lubrication, alignment, and calibration of equipment to ensure peak performance and longevity.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service logs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies during all maintenance activities.
• Participate in equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process and equipment enhancements.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is preferred. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, processing, or heavy equipment environments.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and CMMS software usage.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing motors, gearboxes, pumps, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and control panels.
• Familiarity with lockout/tag out (LOTO) procedures and safety compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial setting.
• Physical stamina to lift to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and operate tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on site location.
