Field Service Supervisor

The Field Service Supervisor is a working supervisor who both leads the service function and performs hands-on field service work. In addition to directing the day-to-day activities of field service technicians, this position actively supports the installation, startup, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and upgrade of automation equipment at customer sites.

The role also coordinates aftermarket support, including spare parts, equipment upgrades, service projects, and other installed-base customer needs. This position plans field assignments, confirms job readiness, provides technical and operational guidance, and helps ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer commitments and company standards.
