As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Shop Assistant – Equipment Support to join our high-performing Equipment Department.

About the Role

As a Shop Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our mechanics and keeping our shop operations running smoothly. Whether you're picking up critical parts, helping with oil changes, or maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you’ll be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and pride in every task.

What You’ll Do: Assist mechanics with equipment servicing (e.g., oil changes, fluid top-ups) Pick up and deliver parts from suppliers using company vehicles Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Help stage tools and equipment for repairs or deployment Support inventory checks and restock supplies as needed What We’re Looking For: Valid Full G-Class Driver’s License and clean driving record Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs A strong work ethic and commitment to safety Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning the trade Previous experience in a construction or mechanical shop is an asset, not required.
