
Job description
Managing all tax obligations and processes for Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, transfer pricing) Ensuring full tax and regulatory compliance with applicable legislation (taxes, finance, e-invoicing, archiving) Monitoring and implementing changes in tax and accounting regulations Coordinating and collaborating with external tax advisors, auditors, and relevant authorities Independent preparation, review and validation of VAT returns and calculations as well as other monthly, annual and periodic tax obligations Coordination of the preparation of income tax calculations and transfer pricing studies by external consultants Preparation, review, and validation of tax returns and calculations Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with local legislation and IFRS Coordinating the external audit process, including documentation preparation and communication with auditors Participating in tax audits and inspections Line management and development of one team member (work organization, mentoring, quality control) Advisory support to finance and management on tax and accounting matters University degree in the field of Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Legal Up to 5 years of experience in tax and accounting/finance preferably in a international production environment Local tax knowledge in the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards Experience in the preparation of statutory financial statements and cooperation with external auditors Desirable experience in managing a small team Developed computer skills Fluent in English Collaborative and self motivated Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Overview Pepsi.
