Zuora Billing Technical Consultant

JOB ID : QT-SNB-10-394 We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, system integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Zuora Billing, Salesforce, enterprise CRM platforms, and third-party payment gateways. Work with Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, and data models to support business requirements.

Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Support subscription management, billing operations, invoicing, and payment processing. Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and smooth execution of Quote-to-Cash workflows.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing implementation and production support. Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, and Zuora object and data models. Experience with SOQL/SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting. Strong understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.

Expertise in subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, payments, and billing operations. Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, other CRM platforms, and payment gateways. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on implementation and integration experience in Zuora Billing.

Experience handling production support and complex billing issues. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
