Zuora Billing Technical Consultant3 Role: Zuora Billing Technical Consultant Location: India (offshore) Experience Level: 5+ Years Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zuora Billing Technical Consultant to drive the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing production support of our Zuora Billing ecosystem.

In this role, you will act as a pivotal bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our subscription management and billing architectures run seamlessly and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end Zuora Billing implementation, system configuration, and continuous functional enhancements. System Integration: Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations between Zuora Billing, enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and third-party payment platforms. Production Support: Actively troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver scalable, long-term technical solutions.

Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective, actionable technical architectures. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) objectives.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Zuora Experience: 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience with Zuora Billing implementations and support. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and a deep understanding of the underlying Zuora data and object model. Domain Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, and payment processing workflows.

Integration Capabilities: Proven track record of successfully integrating Zuora with major CRMs and payment gateways. Professional Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
