Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a system-driven Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage hiring execution, end-to-end and help build a dependable team for a stable, long-term business. Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and local networks while conducting sharp initial screening to ensure role-fit. Drive interview coordination, feedback alignment, and offer closures to meet aggressive hiring timelines. Maintain structured hiring trackers using Zoho Recruit to bring discipline to startup hiring.

Track TAT, open roles, offer-to-joining ratios, and early attrition to support data-backed hiring decisions. Partner closely with founders and hiring managers as a single point of contact to enable quick decision-making. Support smooth onboarding and early employee engagement to improve joining experience and retention.

Strengthen employer presence by creating startup-focused JDs, hiring posts, and basic recruitment creatives.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in recruitment / HR. Exposure to startups or high-volume hiring preferred. Strong follow-up, coordination, and execution skills. Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and data. Clear communication in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus). Honest, disciplined, and ownership-oriented mindset.
