Social Media Manager

Job Description: Social Media Manager Company: Aaradhya Group Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Job Summary We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our group’s social media presence across multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, social media strategy, digital marketing, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies for all group brands. Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns. Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar. Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creatives, product promotions, and campaigns.

Create agriculture-focused content related to seeds, pesticides, agrochemicals, and retail agri-inputs. Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth. Stay updated with social media trends, digital marketing tools, and competitor activities. Manage audience engagement, comments, messages, and online brand reputation.

Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements. About Our Brands

2. Bhoodhan AgriVentures Pvt. Ltd. Engaged in agrochemical and pesticide formulation and distribution.
3. Krishidhan A multi-retail agri-inputs outlet that is transitioning toward a quick-commerce business model.

Requirements

Required Skills

& Qualifications Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Good skills in content writing, copywriting, and campaign planning. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.

Ability to create engaging and brand-specific content. Analytical skills to track social media performance and improve results. Knowledge of agriculture, seeds, pesticides, or agri-inputs will be an added advantage. A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media work is preferred.
