Responsibilities

-Advise on the engineering of video recommendation machine learning (ML) and deep learning algorithms. -Deliver end-to-end ML solutions to address critical product challenges. -Own the full-stack ML system and optimize algorithms and infrastructure to improve performance. -Innovate on optimizing content consumption and user experience. -Work with cross functional teams and product stakeholders to deliver system and product insights through analytics. -Mentor junior-level team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: -Using data analysis tools SQL, PySpark, NumPy, or Pandas to handle large-scale datasets; -Programming using Python and PyTorch to build large-scale learning systems; -Developing data-driven prediction models using classic statistical methods, machine learning, neural network or deep learning; -Preparing technical documentation, or publishing conference or journal papers; and -Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies.
