Responsibilities

-Analyze, coordinate and lead strategic projects for supply chain and logistics operations across multiple business units. -Responsible for end-to-end tracking of major operational projects, including roadmaps, execution timelines, risk management, and inter-team dependencies. -Plan, organize, and run operational governance mechanisms, including OBRs, WBRs, OKRs, and recurring performance review meetings, ensuring operational targets are monitored and corrective actions are executed. -Serve as the primary operational point of contact between cross-functional teams, coordinating execution, resolving blockers, and ensuring operational projects are delivered according to defined requirements. -Lead inbound network optimization initiatives, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Process teams to design, test, and implement new inbound workflows that increase throughput, improve labor efficiency, and reduce operational costs. -Coordinate and standardize operational communication across cross-border teams, ensuring consistent execution, timely information sharing, and alignment among all operational stakeholders. -Mentor junior level team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business Administration, Information System Management, Analytics (any), Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business Administration, Information System Management, Analytics (any), Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: -Working with fulfillment/warehouse operations, middle mile, or last mile transportation; -Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome; -Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies; -Building and streamlining processes and workflows using Jira, and tracking projects status and milestones and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables; -Building dashboards, including tables and graphs, to enable the monitoring of business performance metrics and conducting root-cause-analysis of metric movements; and -Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product/project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents.

Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 20%.
