JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring a CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services. The role focuses on product development, automation, integration, analytics, and long-term platform enhancements supporting business-critical applications.

EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK Experience: 8-12 years overall with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Location: Bangalore | Mumbai | Pune Mode of Work: Hybrid Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization (5+ years)
• Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps development
• Power Automate workflow design, automation, and process orchestration
• Power BI report and dashboard development for analytics and visualization
• Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Blob Storage integrations
• Solution architecture, data modeling, technical specifications, and system design
• Dynamics 365 CRM modules, security model, and business process configuration
• Integration of Power Platform solutions with Azure services and enterprise applications Optional Skills (Good to Have)
• Dataverse and Microsoft Fabric exposure
• Power Platform Center of Excellence implementation
• Azure DevOps CI/CD for Dynamics 365 deployments
• REST APIs and custom connector development
• Agile/Scrum project delivery experience Professional Attributes & Qualifications
• Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Leadership: Experience mentoring developers and establishing Power Platform best practices
• Ownership: Ability to drive end-to-end solution implementation independently
• Strong stakeholder management and business requirement gathering skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end solutions integrating Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Azure services
• Create architecture diagrams, data models, and detailed technical specifications
• Build and configure Power Apps including Canvas and Model-Driven applications
• Develop and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports for business intelligence and analytics
• Implement integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and storage services
• Establish and enforce Power Platform and Dynamics 365 governance standards and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions Wissen Sites
