Come see why our associates love working at Master. Brand. Job Description: Primary Purpose Assemble and manufacture cabinets and cabinet components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble cabinets and cabinet parts according to production requirements. Meet or exceed daily production goals. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Participate in cross-training and learn multiple production processes. Work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing setting. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in different production areas.

Qualifications

Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations. Ability to use manufacturing tools such as: Power drills Pneumatic staple guns Industrial hot glue guns Pallet jacks Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime as needed. Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements Lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods, often 10 to 12 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
