Student Supervisor

Student Supervisor Hours/Day: 9:00AM-5:30PM (M-F 8 hours per day), 40 Hours per week, 180 days per year Start Date: ASAP Salary

• Per Paraprofessional Contract: Level II, Step 1 Essential Functions: Monitors hallways, building entrances, computer labs, playgrounds, lunchrooms and student passing areas. Carries out student discipline as directed by administrator and checks in and supervises detention/ISS attendees. Runs passes for students; assures passes are accurate. Walks throughout school buildings; acts as a model for student behavior. Acts as a supervisor to students, enforcing school rules and expectations. Coordinates homework of students in ISS or detention with teachers. Attends and participates in relevant meetings and committees. Monitors transportation and pickup/drop-off areas for students and staff. Provides customer service to students, staff, parents, visitors and the general public. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED and minimal experience working with children, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates/Technical degree preferred. See Job Description attached.
