We are seeking an RFP Manager to take operational leadership of our proposal engine, guide our execution team, oversee strategic writing, and ensure scalable, high-quality proposal delivery. This is a high-visibility operational leadership role that positions AI workflow design and prompt optimization at the forefront of our proposal strategy. Reporting directly to the Director, you will manage our proposal ops team, enforce tier-based review protocols, and drive operational excellence through modern automation, content governance, and data-driven strategy.
