Job Description: Guest Service Supervisor Responsibilities;

Assist with inventory management.
Labour supervising such as ensuring breaks are covered, lunches are taken timely, etc.
Ensure processes and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently for an optima guest experience.
Mediate escalated guest interactions for a deescalated outcome.
Ensure guests are having a positive and FUN, SAFE and REWARDING experience.
Open and/or close store.
Required to follow all safety procedures to ensure personal safety from potential hazards.
Other duties as assigned as it relates to the team environment.
