About The Opportunity As part of our Front of House team, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From delivering outstanding table service and running a busy floor to providing exceptional bar and gaming experiences, you'll help bring The Colonist to life. For our Level 3 roles, we're seeking experienced hospitality professionals with strong floor-running experience and a background in bistro-style service.
