Development Analyst

This position will play a vital role in supporting the Development Team in the analysis and execution of new, ground-up Student Housing development projects.

Responsibilities

will include performing financial analysis and market research, preparing investment committee presentations, assist in capital raising, and supporting the Deal Team in identifying new development opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of real estate markets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
