Food Service Prep/Pack

A day in the life

Participate in food prep and/or production for the department and others as directed. Following established procedures, prep, pack and label food items according to assigned production schedule. Ensure prep and food storage areas are maintained in sanitary, orderly condition meeting Health Department standards. Adhere to safe food handling procedures at the prep station, walk-in and waste management areas.

Ensure proper storage and labeling.

Requirements

Weekend availability required. Able to work with all products required to satisfy the assigned production list including: vegetables, fruits, meats, dairy, nuts and grains.
