Job Summary: Bay-CSS is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Waldorf, MD. This position involves providing essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The schedule for this role includes Monday and Tuesday from 4pm to 9pm, and Saturday from 7am to 3pm.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must pass a background checkResponsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores
• Support individuals in acquiring and enhancing independent living skills
• Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents
• Follow individualized care plans as directed by supervisory staff
• Document resident progress, incidents, and any relevant information accurately
