Location: Central Florida Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually (proposed base) Position / schedule: One position; phased appointment Position Overview Support accurate and compliant postsecondary admissions communications and applicant follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Guide applicants through approved admissions procedures and documentation. Provide accurate program information and disclosures using authorized materials. Maintain applicant records and disciplined follow-up through CRM systems. Coordinate admissions activity with campus leadership and escalate questions requiring approval.

Qualifications

Postsecondary admissions experience. Experience with CRM systems, applicant follow-up and accurate program disclosures. Strong documentation, communication and compliance awareness. Recruitment & Selection Candidates will be evaluated through relevant experience review, credential verification, interviews, professional references and applicable employment/background checks.
