Finance Operations Team Lead

Position Summary

The Finance Operations Team Lead is responsible for or overseeing the daily execution of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Banking activities for the deugro entities in Mainland China and Taiwan, as well as supporting its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities within the deugro Group as required.

The Team Lead coordinates the workload of the AP, AR, and Banking team, supports process standardisation, monitors performance, and acts as the first point of escalation for operational issues while ensuring compliance with Group policies and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support the AP, AR, and Banking team to ensure efficient daily operations. Oversee vendor invoice processing, payment preparation, supplier reconciliations, and AP controls. Ensure proper handling of VAT invoices (fapiao) and monitor compliance with applicable indirect tax requirements in AP, AR, and banking processes.

Coordinate and review domestic and international payment activities. Ensure timely execution of banking activities and accurate reconciliation of cash, receivable, payable, and related balance sheet accounts. Monitor overdue receivables and support credit control activities. Oversee cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity management to ensure sufficient funding for business operations.

Act as the first escalation point for operational issues involving customers, vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders. Provide recommendations to management on working capital optimization and cash flow improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with Group policies, internal controls, approval authorities, and local regulations.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation and standardization initiatives. Any other reasonable responsibilities assigned by the management.
